GARY ABLETT GEELONG'S BEST AT BROWNLOW; GOLD COAST BOUND?
Ben Jensen 21 September 2010

Ben Jensen FOUR TIME ALL AUSTRALIAN Gary Ablett nearly won a second Brownlow medal last night, finishing just four votes behind winner Chris Judd. Ablett, who before the count started was forced, along with favourite Dane Swan was forced to make a humiliating 'catwalk' entrance, awarded the medal to Carlton's Judd at the end of an interesting count. Ablett reportedly met with Gold Coast officials on Sunday but is yet to have his once and for all 'sit down' with Geelong, which is due Thursday.
