THREE NEW CATS IN 2013 AFL NATIONAL DRAFT

THE CATS picked up three new players and re-recruited two more in the AFL National Draft at the Gold Coast today. With the first pick, number 16, Geelong took local midfielder Darcy Lang who played with the Falcons this season. Next was Jarrad Jansen with pick 36 from East Fremantle, who is certain to have the nickname 'JJ'. Rounding out Geelong's draft was twin Jake Kolodjashnij with pick 41, his brother Kade going earlier to the Gold Coast who used pick five for the Launceston utility.

Josh Walker and George Burbury, both Rookies, were picked up with picks 54 and 63 respectively.
