RICHMOND INTO AFL GRAND FINAL, TIGERS AND CROWS FANS SEARCH FOR TICKETS
Ben Jensen 24 September 2017

AFL GRAND FINAL 2017 ADELAIDE CROWS V RICHMOND TIGERS; GRAND FINAL TICKETS RICHMOND are through to the grand final, aiming to win their first premiership since 1980 under coach Tony Jewell. Their opponent the Adelaide Crows last saluted in 1998 back when Malcolm Blight was coach. The hunt for Grand Final tickets is now on, with ballots for Crows and Tigers closing almost two weeks ago members will find out today if they've been successful or not. For those who missed out they've got to try to find one through other means. So called scalping of grand final tickets has degrees of illegality but will still occur while 'legal scalping' by the AFL, clubs and other third parties seems to have dried up too with expensive packages ($1000 and above) all sold out too.

Tickets this year range from $150 adults/$128 kids (restricted viewing or standing room) up to $410/$349 for category 1. The cheapest unrestricted seats are $180/153. What if you missed out on the ballot? Well you can go all out and buy an 'official' grand final package from the AFL or from other 'authorised' ticket sellers, basically paying a shedload for your ticket but also getting lunch and access to other functions; links are below. At the time of writing unfortunately most of these are sold out, Premium Seats had one 18 seat suite available.

AFL Event Office (now sold out but a waitlist is in place): https://afleventoffice.com.au/grand_final_packages.asp

Premium Seats (mostly sold out, with one 18 seat suite available at time of publishing): http://www.premiumseats.com.au/afl-grand-final-tickets.htm
