CATS RELAXED AT AFL GRAND FINAL PARADE AFTER EARLIER DRAMA
Ben Jensen 28 September 2007

By Ben Jensen GEELONG PLAYERS and coach Mark Thompson soaked up the atmosphere at today's AFL Grand Final parade in Melbourne. This was after an eventful twenty-four hours; earlier in the day, defender David Johnson, not named for tomorrow's Grand Final but a member of the VFL Premiership side, was twice detained by police and ultimately arrested after an alleged assault. Johnson was reportedly subdued with capsicum spray after returning to a nightclub after being delivered home by police.
