WEEK ONE AFL FINALS SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED;
CATS PLAY SAINTS FRIDAY NIGHT By Ben Jensen (Göreme, Cappadocia, Turkey) GEELONG will play St Kilda this Friday night at the MCG at 19:45, in the 'second qualifying final' for a place in the second preliminary final. Although the Cats lost to the Saints last time, Bomber Thompson's boys will be (very) quietly confident of their chances. The Saints were defeated by Adelaide yesterday while the Cats are in a mini-spell of good form, having accounted for West Coast, Carlton and the Western Bulldogs in the past three weeks after the defeat by Collingwood.
