DAVID LOATS comes into the side to replace the injured Steven King, who has been listed as having 'hamstring tightness'. Also named on the bench are Andrew Mackie, Corey Enright and David Spriggs, who played in the VFL last week.

Geelong hasn't beaten the Roos at Geelong in 10 years, but there's never been a better time than now. Should the Cats win, the Kangaroos will remain at least a game outside the top eight. Geelong would move to seven wins and further cement their claims for September action.

On a long weekend and with a reduced capacity due to the ground reconstruction, a packed crowd is expected. Get in early if you plan on going to the standing area; you'll be able to enjoy the VFL match between Geelong and Port Melbourne.
