Western Bulldogs v Geelong Cats; AFL 2019 round 16 match preview and team lists

Western Bulldogs v Geelong Cats; AFL 2019 round 16 match preview and team lists, Marvel Stadium, Saturday 6 July 2019
Ben Jensen, 3 July 2019 THE CATS  will take an unchanged lineup to face the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium this Saturday night. The Bulldogs on the other hand have made one forced changing losing pint-sized Caleb Daniel to a hamstring injury, replaced by Toby McLean.

Gary Rohan who was concussed against Port Adelaide remains on the injury list with a prognosis of being another one or two weeks away. AFLPA president Patrick Dangerfield is in some doubt with a hip complaint but our hunch is he will play.

Others to remain on the injury list are Sam Menegola who’s really missing some footy now, not having played since round 7 due to a knee injury; and Esava Ratugolea who’s hamstring is going to keep him out for another week or two.

Both VFL sides play the Hawks in Box Hill – the men play Box Hill, the women a Hawthorn side.
