SAM DE KONING will miss at least the next few games after undergoing surgery on Wednesday for a facial fracture suffered in Sunday’s win over Essendon. Joining him missing with injury this round are Gary Rohan (hamstring) and Jack Bowes (calf). In better news premiership utility Zach Tuohy is back and ‘spare’ ruckman Jonathan Ceglar gets another chance.

The Cats play the Crows on Saturday at GMHBA Stadium, with retiring players from 2022 set to do laps of honour around 1:30pm. In the VFL women plays Collingwood at home (Deakin University) Saturday morning kicking off at 10:30 while the VFL men play Southport on Sunday at GMHBA.
