Geelong Cats v Port Adelaide Power; AFL 2020 round 12 match review Sunday 16 August 2020 Ben Jensen GEELONG smashed ladder leader Port Adelaide on Friday night by ten goals, led by Tom Hawkins with six and Gary Rohan again kicking a bag with three. The forward pair were fed by the Cats midfield, Patrick Dangerfield monstering the opposition along with Sam Menegola. The game was a low scoring affair up until half time with the Cats on top but the Power generally within a couple goals. A ten goal to three second half by the Cats blew out the margin to 60 points exactly, a margin nobody would have predicted. Geelong now has an unusually (for these times) long break before the next game on Sunday 23 August against the still winless Adelaide Crows at the Adelaide Oval.
