Ben Jensen, 8 August 2019 THE CATS HAVE SWUNG THE AXE following the loss to the Dockers last weekend casting aside Scott Selwood after just one match this year, fellow veteran Lachie Henderson who also had only chance back in the senior side, while Gary Rohan (knee) and Jordan Clark (elbow) miss through injury. Returning are Harry Taylor, Luke Dahlhaus, Brandan Parfitt and Quinton Narkle; Narkle picked for his first game of the season and just seventh overall after making his debut last season.

Clark injured his elbow at training on Wednesday (see images below) and faces an uncertain prognosis. Rohan hurt his knee in the loss to the Dockers. Besides those two the Cats injury list is a short one; the Kangaroos on the other hand have no less than 14 on their injury list.
